We are teaming up to support all local schools and families by offering school and sports physicals at a reduced price. All fees collected will be donated the booster clubs in Bond, Fayette, and Marion counties.

8 am to 7 pm • Monday - Friday
9 am to 4 pm • Saturday - Sunday
Available until September 30, 2023

  • $20 - Payment due at time of service.
  • Insurance will not be billed.
  • Any provider at the Walk-In Clinic will be able to complete the physical. 
  • No appointment necessary, walk-ins welcome.
